Headbands

Headband....
A headband is a clothing accessory worn in the hair or around the forehead, usually to hold hair away from the face or eyes. Headbands generally consist of a loop of  elastic material or a horseshoe-shaped piece of flexible plastic or metal. They come in assorted shapes and sizes and are used for both practical and fashion purposes.  Not only women wear headbands... babies and men are too. Some man look cool / cute with headbands but some....erkkkkkk
This particular headband is made by my friend. (it's not my head though in the picture... thanks sis for lending your head)  She made cute headbands and I bought 2...which I haven't pay them yet. Haniiiiiiii hw much pls tell mee!!  so many choices, many colors and design and its comfortable and feel perfectly on my head.  Yeah I'm wearing scarf outside so why I bought fancy headbands.. ppl always asked.  Well, I like it in im wearing it. Whenever wherever i want to and I'm wearing what I wear not to show off but simply because i like em. :P.....why im writing this?? I hope Hani will make more fancy headbands and be more creative...:D.. hmmm its remind me when i was young (well im not that old now though).....

Customer's Right

Last week....

To : My friend whom I'm not able to attend to her reception
Reason : No Budget cuz its cost RM350 per pax.... Aduss!!! really wanna go actually
There's only 2 shopping mall in kuantan.  MegaMall and East Coast Mall and situated not far from another.  (Why im telling this? just to express how bored I am if I wanna go to window shop).  Went up to 2nd floor... walking around and around and around.. the japanese tea set is cute... but she's Japanese prolly already have a lot of tea set.  Ermm the whisky glass is also cute....but erkkkk....i dont thnk so...  OWh wow I found a glass Vase so beautiful.. with glass cute flower and mirror.  Perfect.  Wonder if it comes with a box.  There was no section staff there so i went to the cashier and ask bout it.  The cashier told me to find the section staff.  I told her that i couldn't find anybody.
Very nice of her.  She went out from the cashier and ask her friend to help her out wth the cashier counter and search for someone in charge. After a few minutes she came back and said that she could't find anyone.  So she told me to ask at the customer service counter. They might have a box for it.  So I went to the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter .. with the vase in my hand.  There were 2 ladies.  Wrapping sumthing.  I asked them about the box.  They told me to ask the section staff without looking at me!!  Then i told them that I couldn't find anyone and the cashier told me to come to them.  They just laughing at each other and make me seem so stupid and said its cashier not a person incharge... again without looking at me!!! I'm so pissed off. Rude person placed at the CUStoMer SerVICe counter?? hummm they should be working in a store room!!! i feel like wanna throw the vase to their face.  BUt thank God I'm not loosing my temper.  I just put the vase on the table and said both of u are rude and went away.  For me there's no point to hv an argument with stupidos.... hua hua hua
Back at home i email what had happened to the manager.  They checked on the CCTV and apologize to me.  PLus gimme the contact number and ask me if im free to drop by.
I smiled when i read the email... :D i wish they'll get punished??? naaah.. I wish they learn a lesson.  As a human i believe we are suppose to be treated accordingly.  I experience this for my 1st time and i felt sooooooooooooooo pissed.  So those consumers,  customers, public, if there are things going wrong please go to the right channel.  Its to improve what need to be improve and its our right to get what we suppose to get.
